Aviation Psychology.. An Orientation for Pilots.

Psychological orientation helps improve communication, develop critical thinking skills, mental health treatment, building relationships, cultivate the ability to understand their strengths & weaknesses, enrich your career, understand others and it reveals yourself to you.

We as Aviators face challenges at our work space which leads to stress and fear.

The additional responsibilities put on our shoulders by the airline, the odd hours of work as we are required to fly at any time of the day or night, split second decisions to be made in case of an emergency in the air or on ground are just a few things we go through on a daily basis.

Our psychologist, Mrs. Aathira Sankar, helped us understand our minds and to appreciate ourselves a little more. I have noticed a quiet person suddenly starting to express herself and laugh, someone who doubted themselves begin to believe in their potential, someone who was constantly worried remain patient & begin to trust the process.

It was amazing to see how just 2 classes could help them bring out their potential and build a trust amongst the students which will help them achieve the aptitude and drive to reach the Cockpit and be great Pilots.

I look forward to many more lectures like this which will help improve our qualities and help our cadets mould their future by making them understand and accept themselves and others working around them.

NOA ARC X

At The Aviator Training School, we take pleasure in offering an unmatched learning experience to prospective pilots through our cutting-edge Pilot Ground Class. Our dedication to quality goes beyond traditional education; we focus on building an environment that promotes optimal learning, ensuring that our cadets are well-prepared for excellence in the aviation profession.

The Importance of a Contaminant-Free Atmosphere

In our relentless pursuit of the best learning conditions, we’ve taken a groundbreaking step to secure a non-contaminated atmosphere. Recognizing the critical importance of air quality, we have installed the revolutionary NOA ARC X in our Classrooms & Offices. This unique technology has undergone extensive testing by multiple organizations throughout the world.

This device generates a large quantity of negative ions. Which creates an invisible screen in the air, shielding cadets from the transmission of colds, flus, and other illnesses from their classmates.

The Negative Ions will also help cadets balance their levels of the mood chemical serotonin, which will reduce depression, tension, and increase daytime energy. As a result, cadets are more attentive and focused on their studies.
